, hereinafter referred to as “the User.”
To place an order with Jouiremoi, the User must be of legal age (18 years or older). These conditions apply exclusively to consumers.
Any User wishing to purchase products on the website declares that they have full legal capacity. Any person subject to legal incapacity, in particular within the meaning of Article 1123 et seq. of the Civil Code, may not make purchases on the website under any circumstances. Consultation of offers and services shall then be under the responsibility of their legal representative, who is required to comply with these terms.
In all cases, when personal data is transmitted, the legal representative must complete the registration form themselves or expressly authorize the represented person to do so. The provisions relating to personal data, as set out in Article 9 below, shall fully apply.
The parties agree that their relationship shall be governed exclusively by these terms and conditions, to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website. Should any condition be missing, it shall be deemed governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector for companies established in Belgium.
Orders
An order may only be registered if the User has clearly identified themselves.
All orders placed online on the website http://www.jouiremoi.com
imply full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as the prices and descriptions of the products sold.
Any order constitutes acceptance of the transactions carried out. The sales agreement is concluded when the User clicks on the “confirm my order” button and upon receipt of payment.
An order confirmation will be sent to the User at the email address provided.
All items are generally in stock. If an item is temporarily or permanently unavailable, Jouiremoi will contact the User to offer an alternative or a refund. Jouiremoi will immediately cancel the order and then offer a promotional code or refund the amount of the item(s), following the User’s decision communicated by email.
The User is responsible for any loss or damage to the products after delivery.
Prices
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes on the date of the order), unless otherwise stated, and excluding processing and shipping costs.
For orders shipped outside Europe, you are considered the importer of the product(s). Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be payable. These charges are not the responsibility of Jouiremoi and shall be borne entirely by the User, both in terms of declaration and payment to the competent authorities.
All orders, regardless of origin, must be paid in euros.
Jouiremoi reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of order validation, subject to availability.
Products remain the property of Jouiremoi until full payment of the price has been received.
Delivery
For each order, the User may choose delivery to their home or to another address. Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated during the ordering process.
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days after receipt of payment. They are shipped via a carrier selected by Jouiremoi, with a tracking number. Jouiremoi undertakes to deliver orders no later than 15 days after receipt of payment.
Product availability on the website is provided for information purposes only and may be modified at any time depending on stock variations. Delivery times vary according to product availability, the chosen payment method, and the destination country.
Jouiremoi shall not be held liable for delivery delays exclusively caused by the User’s unavailability after several delivery attempts.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are indicated before order validation and are calculated based on the weight, volume, and total amount of the order. Shipping costs include packaging and postage. Additional handling fees may apply.
Shipping costs are charged only once, even if the order is delivered in several shipments. Orders may be shipped in multiple parcels and delivered a few days apart.
The indicated fees apply to Europe, outside Europe, and certain countries. For the rest of the world, shipping costs depend on the destination country. Packaging dimensions are appropriate, and items are properly protected.
Discreet Shipping
Orders are shipped in completely neutral packaging, securely sealed, with no indication of the contents or the website name.
Delivery Issues

Payment Methods
Validating your order implies an obligation to pay the indicated price.
Payment is made via the payment systems available on the website jouiremoi.com. Jouiremoi uses highly secure payment platforms, ensuring complete confidentiality of the User’s banking details.
Right of Withdrawal / Returns
You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
Returned products must be in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). Your liability may be engaged in this respect. Any damage suffered by the product may invalidate the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the User.
In the event of withdrawal, Jouiremoi will exchange or refund the amounts paid within 30 days following notification of your request, using the same payment method as the original order.
In the case of abusive returns, Jouiremoi will not refund the returned items.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For obvious hygiene reasons, lingerie and intimate items cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened and/or unsealed.
Items manufactured according to your specifications are also excluded from the right of withdrawal.
If Jouiremoi finds that the product has been opened or unsealed, the consumer will lose their right of withdrawal, and the product may be returned to the consumer at their expense.
Used, damaged, soiled, broken, or worn items cannot be returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request an exchange, you must notify us within the legal period by email to info@jouiremoi.com
, stating your name, address, phone number, email address, order number, and decision to withdraw.
Products must be returned to the address indicated in the return confirmation email. You must inform us of the exchange within 14 days after sending your return parcel. If you place a new order, new shipping fees will apply.
Warranty
Jouiremoi guarantees the quality and/or effectiveness of the delivered items in accordance with the provided information.
Statutory warranty rights applicable to consumers apply to these goods. The invoice date corresponds to the start date of the 24-month warranty.
The warranty does not apply in cases of intentional damage, negligence, misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. In the case of an unfounded claim, costs incurred shall be borne by the User.
If an ordered item is defective or does not function properly, you may contact customer service to request an exchange within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Liability
Jouiremoi is bound only by an obligation of means at all stages of website access, ordering, delivery, and after-sales services.
Jouiremoi cannot be held liable for inconveniences or damages inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions, computer viruses, or force majeure events as defined by case law.
Products are delivered via standard postal services or carriers. Jouiremoi declines all liability for excessive delivery delays caused by postal services, transport providers, strikes, or loss of ordered products. Transport risks are borne by Jouiremoi.
Ownership of the ordered products shall only be transferred to the User upon full payment of the invoiced price, including processing and payment fees.
Privacy Policy
Jouiremoi reserves the right to collect User data, particularly when placing an order or through the use of cookies. Cookies are small files sent by an Internet server and stored on your computer’s hard drive, containing information about your visit.
All personal data is intended for the internal use of Jouiremoi and its partners. Data is stored internally and processed automatically. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, you agree that your data may be shared with partners contractually linked to Jouiremoi.
